You can make a request by email nikadness.retouch@gmail.com or on instagram (or other social networks listed on the site).
In the letter you can specify what type of retouching or what service you need. Number of photos, specifications, references and notes that you think are important for these photos. If you have specific deadlines, you can also specify them. Provide a link to a file sharing site with your photos

For better understanding between us, I need to get a technical specifications* from you. It can include various details of retouching, for example: do not remove moles, leave scars on the body, remove background, replace hair color and so on.
The better and more precisely you describe what exactly you want to retouch in the photo, the better the result will be.
Any details you did not specify in the assignment will be retouched at my discretion.

*Without specifications, I retouch the photo as I see fit, with the ability to use edits within 15% of the result.

Most often the algorithm goes like this:

either, 100% prepayment before the start of work;
or, for new clients, as part of mutual trust, especially for large sums:
- 50% payment before retouching the first half of the project, I do the 1/2 part of the work
- after that the remaining 50% of the amount is paid and I will finish the rest of the project.

Postpayment is discussed individually.

You can pay for your order in four* ways:

1) I need your email address so I can add you to my client list in the payment service and send you an invoice for payment, which you can pay by card in USD or EUR with stripe.
2) I send you a link to freelancer payment profile for payment where you can pay by card/stripe/Pay Pal payment system
3) If you are a legal entity, I can offer you to pay the invoice through your bank, then I will need some data of your organization to process the payment document. This method is agreed individually upon request
4) Bank transfer by details. To be discussed individually

I do not accept WesternUnion, cryptocurrencies, etc.

Lead time depends on the number of photos and your wishes on retouching. All orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on my workload. Also if you have specific deadlines, we discuss available options. I always try to complete the order as quickly as possible.

Once I receive the specs and payment, I retouch and send you 1 photo for approval. If everything is in order, I proceed to retouch the rest of the shots.

Corrections
If you don't like something in the finished order, you can always correct it 2 times*.
Edits are accepted within 3 days of you receiving your order. Any edits will be corrected within 1-3 days.

All edits are accepted strictly according to the specifications and retouching wishes agreed with you. However, if you want to correct something on the photo that was not described by you in the technical task for retouching, such edits will be made for a separate fee. Their cost depends on the scope of work.


*Without a technical assignment, I retouch the photo at my discretion, it is possible to indicate corrections not more than 15% of the photo

I provide you with the finished photos in two formats (jpeg and tiff) via a link to a file sharing site (Google Drive, Dropmefiles). On your request photos can be cropped to the required formats.

I store the finished files on my computer for 30 days. On file sharing sites, files are stored for 7 to 30 days depending on the site, after which they are automatically deleted.

Please save the photos as soon as you receive the link.

If you need your order urgently, I can fulfill it in the next hours/days for an additional fee. The additional fee will range from 50 to 100% depending on how urgent you need the finished photos and the quantity.

Sometimes I can work on a TFP terms. For this, I need to get to know your shooting style and the concept of the proposed shoot to see if they would be a good fit for my portfolio.

I work both with short-term orders for 1-2 projects and in long-term collaborations.
