How to place an order
You can submit an order on any page of this site, where there is a button "order" and fill out the form =) In the description of your request you can specify what type of retouching (basic, deep or product) or what service you need. Number of photos, technical specifications, references, and notes that you feel are important to these photos. Include a link to a file-sharing site with your photos
Retouching specifications
For better understanding between us, I need to get a technical specifications* from you. It can include various details of retouching, for example: do not remove moles, leave scars on the body, remove background, replace hair color and so on. The better and more precisely you describe what exactly you want to retouch in the photo, the better the result will be. Any details that you did not consider in the assignment will be retouched just like in my portfolio. If you need any specific color correction on a photo, you must send me a reference.
*Without a technical specifications, I retouch the photo at my discretion, without the possibility of editing.
How you can pay
I work legally and can provide closing payment documents from the payment service I use if you need. I do not accept Pay Pal, WesternUnion, cryptocurrencies, etc. You can pay in two ways*. 1) I need your first and last name, country and email address so I can add you to my customer list in the payment service and send you an invoice for payment, which you can pay by card in USD or EUR. 2) I send you a freelancer payment profile link for payment, where you enter your data and you can also pay by card in USD or EUR.
*If you are a legal entity, I can offer you to pay the invoice through your bank, then I will need some data of your organization to draw up a payment document. This method is agreed individually upon request.
Turnaround time & Revisions
On average, the order is completed within 2-7 days. The turnaround time depends on the number of photos and your wishes on retouching. Large orders may take longer to fulfill. All orders are done on a first-come, first-served basis and depend on my workload. I always try to fulfill an order as quickly as possible.
After receiving the specifications and payment, I retouch and send you 1 photo for verification. I will then proceed with the retouching if everything is ok.
Corrections If you don't like something on the finished order, you can always correct it 2 times.* Edits are accepted within 3 days of you receiving your order. Any edits will be corrected within 1-3 days.
All corrections are accepted strictly according to your agreed upon specifications and retouching wishes. However, if you want to correct something on the photo that was not described by you in the technical task for retouching, such corrections will be made for a separate fee. Their cost depends on the scope of work.
*Without a technical assignment, I retouch the photo at my discretion, without the possibility of editing.
Receiving finished photos
I will provide you with the finished photos via a link to a file sharing site with the finished photos (Google Drive, Dropmefiles).
I store the finished files on my computer for 30 days. On file sharing sites, files are kept for 7 to 30 days depending on the file sharing site, after which they are automatically deleted.
Please save the photos as soon as you receive the link.
Important information
I work only by 100% prepayment. Payment can be split into several stages for a large order, discussed individually.
If you need your order urgently, I can fulfill it in the next hours/days for an additional fee. The additional fee will range from 50 to 100% depending on how urgent you need the finished photos and the quantity.
Sometimes I can work on a TFP terms. For this, I need to get to know your shooting style and the concept of the proposed shoot to see if they would be a good fit for my portfolio.
I approach every project with care, so if there is anything about the terms of work that stops you - we can discuss it.
I will be glad to have you tag me in social networks ^_^
